INTRODUCTION
We were asleep for about an hour when we were awakened
by a loud noise. Someone had busted in the front door!
About the time I was able to say "What the hell . . ."
four sleazy looking characters with guns drawn were in our
bedroom. The lights were snapped on and they ordered us out
of bed. They looked like hoods from any inner city in the
country. I was sure this was a robbery or worse.
We don't have any clothes on." I stammered.
"We don't give a damn! Get the out of that damn bed and
fast! NOW!" snapped one hood as he drew back the hammer of
his 357. It looked like a cannon. We were ordered to put
our hands behind our heads and get against the wall.
All four could not take their eyes off my wife as she
got out of bed. They watched each movement. They ordered me
against the wall and ordered my wife to stand against the
closet door. She is 27 years old, looks like a Playboy
centerfold and is extremely shy. They had much to look at
and they were enjoying every bit.
"Just what the hell is going on?" I demanded, my anger
beginning to show.
"Just shut-up and you won't get hurt. We're looking for
narcotics."
"But we don't have any narcotics." I protested.
Two of the men finally took their eyes off my wife and
began to search our dressers and closets. The greasiest of
the four walked over to my wife, looking over every inch as
he approached. He was beginning to drool. She started to
lower her hands.
"Keep your hands behind your head." he barked. "Tell me
where you've stashed the stuff and we'll go easy on you
both."
"I don't know what you're talking about." she sput-
tered. Her face was as red as a beet.
The two which had been searching came back. They stood
guard as the other two went about the remainder of the house
searching for narcotics. They only glanced at me occasional-
ly while leering at my embarrassed wife. One cruddy dude
made gestures like he wanted to search my wife but stopped
before he touched her. I don't know what I would have done
if that had happened!
This went on for about thirty minutes when two older men
came into the bedroom. One showed his identification as a US
Drug Enforcement Agent and told the other men they were in
the wrong house.
In the wrong house? What the hell is going on in this
country today? Are we still a free nation? Do we have to
put steel doors on our homes now? This could happen to you!
Are you fed up with the operation of our federal
government today? Has it occurred to you to question from
where big brother receives power? How do they assume
control over you as an American citizen? Have you thought
Where do they get the right to interfere in my life?" Do
you throw up your hands and say, "You can't fight city hall?"
This book will deal with the operation of the federal
government. We'll see where they gained their authority to
govern and what the intent was when we established the
central government. If you haven't already discovered it,
you'll see that intent is an illusion today. Our government
is royally screwing every American. The sad part is that
most of us don't even realize it!
It was just a little bit ago that we passed the 200th
anniversary of the signing of our Constitution. Many men
went to Philadelphia in May of 1787 and worked through the
heat of summer. It wasn't easy and there were many pas-
sionate arguments and debates. George Washington and
Benjamin Franklin were often called on to calm tempers and
restore peace. 100 days later they finished their work and
most signed the new Constitution. Our Congress couldn't
accomplish such a feat today.
The Federalist Papers were first written in 1787 by
James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay. They used
the pseudonym 'Publius' and were published periodically in
New York newspapers. They showed the citizens of New York
State there was nothing to fear from the proposed document.
New Yorkers were encouraged to ratify the new Constitution.
The original writings were assembled and published in
book form sometime in 1788-89. They were used extensively by
historians, courts and lawyers to clarify the intent of the
Founding Fathers when they drafted the Constitution. Their
use today has diminished and it is with a purpose. No one is
our administration today wants to be reminded on the original
intent for our government.
Reference will be made to these original writings to
show what authority we gave to the national government.
Two major points have to be established before we
examine governmental practices today. The first is listed in
the introduction or preamble to the Constitution: "WE THE
PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, IN ORDER TO FORM A MORE PERFECT
UNION, ESTABLISH JUSTICE, INSURE DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY,
PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENCE, PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE,
AND SECURE THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY TO OURSELVES AND OUR
POSTERITY, DO ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH THIS CONSTITUTION FOR THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA." Notice it says WE set it up.
This preamble was our intent and the only reason we gave
authority to a national government. How does that relate to
what we see today? Welcome to smoke and mirrors.
The second point is the Constitution is the Supreme Law
of the Land. ALL laws have to conform with authority given
in the document. (Art VI, Sec 2) There was no permission
given for operation of government outside the command of this
supremacy clause and there still is none.
Many maintain the Constitution is a horse and buggy
document which was written in an age and time which is not
applicable today. This is a lie! It's alive and viable as
it was 200 years ago. Our need for government and the
guidelines to control our lives is no different today. Our
desire for justice and domestic tranquility is the same. The
love for liberty and freedom certainly should be no less than
in May of 1787.
A perfect system for amendment was included in Article
V. In all their wisdom, they knew they couldn't foresee the
future anymore than we can. This amendment process allows
for changes in the basic document ONLY if we agree to the
change. It can't be changed in any other manner.
For readers who are attorneys, please read the previous
paragraph again. This is the area where you have been
misled.
Our opening story involved the agents of the Drug
Enforcement Agency. There is no place in our Constitution
that gives any authority for such a power mad police state
organization. They're protecting us from ourselves . . .
snicker .. snicker. The government also has no authority to
define what action is considered criminal. More on these in
later chapters. This is part of why Americans are on the
short end of the stick.
Beware of the traitor within the gates!
PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE AUTHOR . . .
READ THE CHAPTER NAMED 'SALES PITCH'.
